진화 스테이지에서의 발전 요인은 곧 혁명 스테이지에서의 위기 요인이 된다. 이 위기를 극복하고 살아남게 되면 다음 단계(phase)로 넘어가게 된다. 개인적으로는 협동(collaboration) 다음에는 일종의 고착(lock-in)이 혁명 스테이지로 올 것 같다. 이걸 다시 극복하는 것은 창조성(creativity)이 아닐까 한다. --김창준
